I also expected better animation for the fight, it was good and decent but with this fight more anticipated for a lot of fans, animators should have taken consideration towards it.

In terms of transitioning, the latest episode with Chisaki fighting against Mirio is a good example of bad transition of the flashbacks and bad lazy animation.

The fight was a massive disappointment for me, but there was some pretty epic and good scenes in there as well, not all of it was bad, and I generally enjoyed the episode.

BUT the fight was overusing a lot of still-frames to cover the fight, if animators think they made the scene more epic by adding an emotional driven OST coupled with still-frames and slideshow transitions, they made a huge mistake.

They use of still-frames to showcase the fight was a bad move, and incredibly lazy to fill in one episode worth of fighting, I expected two episodes of Mirios fight against Chisaki, not one.

Chisakis flashback scene during the fight was pretty random due to how long it was.

If it was shorter and more condensed but enough to let you register what was going on, then it would have been good enough.
